Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Offline Launches on December 3 by Nintendo

October 29, 2024 (1 month ago)

Nintendo has announced the launch of Animal Crossing: A real-life version of the game called Pocket Camp Complete, tentatively arranged for the release on December, 3rd, 2024. The new version arises as the old Pocket Camp will close down on November 29, 2021, after serving users for seven years.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will be delivered for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and for Android devices. It is currently at $9.99 for the first two months, and then the amount will be higher at $19.99 every month thereon. This change to paid is expected to get rid of the in-game purchases, microtransactions that defined its predecessor to give players a cleaner gaming experience.

Despite the fact that this new app will be mostly set in the titular Wild – and will be titled as such – it will include a lot of the gameplay that made players fall in love with the original: managing the campsites, meeting cute anthropomorphic animal characters, and even engaging in seasonal activities. What is more, it will contain over 10,000 items from the base game which will help to maintain the high popularity among the fans and provide them with the sufficiently diverse types of the gameplay.

Here at Pocket Camp Complete, one of the newest elements are Camper Cards that the player can make and distribute through QR codes. These cards let the users briefly introduce themselves and can be scanned by friends who appear at a whole new place called Whistle Pass. According to this area, there are going to be live performances, and more chances to interact; however, this is apt to occur in this offline manner rather less than the preceding online, multiplayer chance.

Fans who played the primary game will be glad to know that they can transfer their save data to Pocket Camp Complete till June 2, 2025. Transferring all of them between their Switch consoles needs to be done by connecting their Nintendo Account; friendships, furniture collections, and even campsite layouts must be synchronized.
